Privacy policy

Understand what information is used when you play, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Draft updated September 25, 2026 · GameTechEngine

01 · Overview

This policy describes how GameTechEngine handles information in connection with its games. It covers the games and the third-party services used for advertising and in-app purchases.

The information processed can depend on your device, platform, consent choices, and the features you use.

02 · Information used

  • Game progress and preferences: saved progress, game settings, rewards, and purchase-related unlocks are used to maintain your experience on your device.
  • Advertising and device information: Google’s advertising service can process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information.
  • Purchase information: the game and purchasing services process product identifiers, transaction status, and receipt information to deliver and restore purchased content.
  • Support requests: if you contact the developer, the information you choose to provide is used to respond and investigate your request. Avoid sending passwords or payment card details.

03 · Advertising and consent

The game uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads. Google processes advertising information to deliver and measure ads, diagnose problems, and help prevent fraud. Personalized advertising depends on applicable consent requirements, service settings, and device permissions.

The game integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. Review any consent message presented to you. Your device’s privacy settings also provide controls for advertising identifiers and, where available, tracking permission.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

04 · In-app purchases

Purchases use Unity In-App Purchasing and the app store on your device. Payment information is handled by the store under its own privacy policy. The game uses purchase confirmations and receipts to provide purchased items and recognize eligible previous purchases.

For purchase history, refunds, or payment settings, use the store account through which you made the purchase.

05 · Service providers

Information is processed by providers needed to operate the features described above, including Google AdMob, Unity purchasing services, and the applicable app store. These providers may process information on servers outside your country and have their own retention practices and privacy controls.

Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation or to investigate misuse and protect users.

06 · Your privacy choices

  • Review advertising and tracking controls in your device settings. Available controls vary by operating system.
  • Use consent choices offered by the game where available. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already occurred.
  • Clear the game’s app data or uninstall it to remove local saves, subject to your device’s backup and restore behavior. This can permanently remove progress and does not delete records held by service providers.
  • Use the relevant provider’s privacy controls for information it holds, including advertising and app-store records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy authority. Contact the developer about information it controls.

07 · Storage and security

Local game information is retained on your device until it is reset or removed, subject to system backups. Advertising and purchase providers retain information according to their policies and applicable obligations.

Support information should be retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.

08 · Children’s privacy

Parents and guardians should review the game’s age rating and supervise children’s use of advertising and purchase features. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the developer, contact the developer so the concern can be investigated and appropriate action taken.

09 · Policy updates

This policy may change when the game’s features, service providers, or data practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Where required, significant changes will be brought to your attention or new consent requested.

10 · Contact GameTechEngine

For questions about this policy or a privacy request, contact GameTechEngine using the developer contact details on the game’s store listing.
